Sorry to hear you are struggling. Maybe you should talk to a nutritionist to help get you on the right track. I hope things turn around soon for you.

I have been there! I know what you mean.. Losing weight has always been difficult for me. I\'m down 12 lbs now with still no exercise. I know this would help you, not just lose weight but gain energy and more mental acuity. I\'m looking at getting of anxiety/anti depressant meds in the next month too. My father, mother, sister in law and in law parents are all on the 90 Day Challenge and everyone has lost 5 lbs or more within the first two weeks and the inches are fading away. I tried to call the number left on my site, but couldn\'t reach you. Feel free to contact me directly 217-779-8233 or ctrylvr@hotmail.com. I will help you lose that weight!

it is hard, we all know that, plus the stress does not help
the ivf pounds are all true fat pounds, so its super hard to get rid of
the only thing that worked for me is weight watchers, go to the meeting, multiple times a week, start cooking at home, its a new life style, but it works!!!
slow but it works!!! xoxo

Losing weight sucks....Cutting out bread (not the atkins diet though) and adding protein, helps me. And (don\'t laugh) Weight Watchers is actually really good. I put on about 55 lbs since I started the IVF crap, mainly because I used to work out about 10 hours a week and now I eat the same, but don\'t work out. I\'ve added in a lighter gym routine and have lost 22 lbs of it since Feb. Take it slow and steady, you can do it!
