I need help really bad
Hello I need help in what to do!!! I took an overdose on Friday off sleeping tablets and anti depressants i was also drinking that night the next day I was sleeping nearly all day and felt really ill on Sunday I took another overdose off sleeping tablets and anti depressants I didn't sleep well that night went really weak to the point that I couldn't walk propa !!! I haven't been hospital today I have really bad pain and fast urges of wanting to be sick but haven't been sick I'm really tired all the time! Can anyone give me advice on what to do please cause I'm in a pickle here

Hey, how are things for you now? I can relate to what you have gone through here. I did go to hospital when I took my overdose and so I was wondering how things were for you now.

hey sorry not been on here for a while! Yeah I ended up in hospital due to it! But ever since then ive been doing good! got myself back together again and not let it get me down whats done is done now all I can do is fight against these dark days! How are you? you feeling any better?
