I need a calming influence

So I went to the ob/gyn yesterday and took the blood test.  They said it usually takes 24 hours for them to get the results back.  Even then I have to wait for the dr to read them and call me.  I figure I wont find out anything until Thursday..... this is going to be a long, long waiting time. 
I have asked everyone for prayers.  I even sent my pastor a prayer request.  I need something to get my mind off of the clock and the test. 
I even thought about leaving my phone at home so as not to be tempted to call the dr's office and bug them.  But then if they were to call, I wouldn't want to miss them.  I have already been at work for an hour and even work is not keeping my mind off of it.  I am trying to work on multiple projects that I have going on and none of them are keeping my attention for longer than 5 minutes...
