I may have?

This month has been really confusing as far as ovulation is concerned. My temps have been a little more erratic than usual this month so FF keeps changing the day I ovulated. At least it hasn't told me "Oops, you didn't actually ovulate yet!" but in a way, I wish it would! I think its way more confusing when I have a couple temps that are lower than usual because the AC was left on overnight and I got cold followed by a few "higher" temps because the readings are now normal with a couple small spikes from whatever reasons. I can't really go by my CM right now neither because I still don't produce enough to get a really good interpretation! I'm not really feeling the usual symptoms I get around the time I've ovulated neither so I'm not too confident in FF's interpretation of my chart. But, just in case, I've stopped taking the Evening Primrose until I'm sure its safe to use again. This whole TTC business is MADNESS! I just want things to be balanced enough for me to have semblance of predictability in my favor! I want a baby, but I'd kinda like to keep a tiny fraction of the sanity I have left in the process of making one! Is that so much to ask? That being said, I decided to adopt another puppy.
My stepson lives with his mom and her bf. They already had 2 dogs and a cat they were having trouble taking care of, so they somehow thought it would be a good idea to get a puppy. 6 months later hubby receives a message saying they couldn't afford to keep Calli and wanted to know if we'd like to take her. At first hubby said no, but I talked him into it. She's a sweet girl at only 8 mos. old and if we have her then J gets to see his dog once in awhile and I get the second puppy I've been wanting. Plus it keeps her out of the pound! Everything they told us about Calli is turning out to be a bit of a lie though. She's not really house-trained, she's not trained in really any commands other than sit, she did awesome riding in the truck, and she only barks when Sadie starts barking or she hears a loud noise. So it's really 50-50 on the positives and negatives, but I thought it was a little surprising that everything they told us is the complete opposite of what she's like here. So now I'm feeling a little sleep deprived because I have to get up earlier and take her for a walk alongside hubby and Sadie. We have "accidents" to clean up in the morning because she won't go potty before bed and I'm going to guess it's because we're on a different schedule than she's used to, assuming she was on any kind of schedule to begin with. We're trying to train her in the same commands as Sadie, and hoping that the older and wiser dog is a good influence on our little puppy. It's cute to see Calli copying Sadie in almost everything, so we're hoping that helps with the training process, too. We shall see. Hmmm. We shall see for a lot of things it seems.
