I made cookies today
I'm not feeling as bad today as yesterday, but I slept most of the day, so that's not saying much. I slept way too much... from midnight to about 9am, then from 10am to 12:30, then from 4pm to 5:30. I'm not tired now, and it's after 10pm here. Geo's brother came over today, and it went well. Better than the angry me thought it was going to go yesterday, for sure. He was just playing Little Big Planet with Geo the whole time. It was cool for them to have so much fun. He just played on the PS3, didn't ask for anything except more mango (I had chopped up one earlier and gave him some) and I didn't have any more. It was a good mango, though.
I'm just tired mentally. My body is physically awake, but that's the depression. If I lay down, I'm sure I could sleep. I wasn't too tired last night, but I slept good anyway. I was feeling good enough to eat all my calories for the day, and even made cookies from scratch (chocolate chip cookies). I put the rest of the dough in the fridge so I could make some more later... I just did about 14 tonight (less than half the batch). If Geo wants cookies, the dough is there for him to make some.
My knee is still hurting. It's not as bad, and I'm hoping tomorrow I can go for a walk, but I'm going to take it easy. It's not my knee per se, it's the ligaments and tendons on the outside of my left knee. I screamed last night in pain when I moved it the wrong way. It's much better today, I can move it without screaming. It's always one injury or another with me, you will learn that about me. I get random pain sometimes where a body part hurts for one day and then the next day it's fine, but something else hurts. That repeats for a while, and eventually it stops, but then I get something else hurt. I think it's part of the depression, too. I know pain and depression are linked, I know for me it is too. I hurt more when I'm depressed. Hopefully getting out of the house more tomorrow will lift my spirits.
I think tomorrow my goal is just going to be go to the gym, even if I don't do anything there. Just the walk there and back is over half a mile, so it's a good nice little walk for me. If I feel up to it, maybe do a little bit of strength training on the arms or legs depending on how they feel. Nothing too much, though. I have to take it easy. I'm determined to get out tomorrow and at least go to the gym so I can have some sort of progress made. I need to find some sort of stretch to do for my hips, since they have been hurting too. I heard walking is harder on your hips while running is harder on your ankles. I don't know if all this sitting cross-legged in bed is helping my hips. I should try and get back to my desk tomorrow and out of bed. All this being in bed is probably not good for me, but I need better chairs so I can sit in them and not hurt my back. It's always trying to figure out what's going to cause me the least bit of pain.

Yes, I had popcorn with lemon juice on it for breakfast. I would have put chili sauce on it, but I didn't have any. I'm Mexican, get over it lol. We put lemon, salt, and chili on everything (watermelon is one of my favorites with lemon and chili). I'm still low on my protein for the day, even eating 2 pieces of chicken, but oh well. I'm not going to force myself to eat when I don't want to.

I am glad you are doing a bit better today and Geo\'s brother didn\'t bother you. Have you tried iceing your knee to help your tendons? I hope you are able to get out and about in the next day or two and am glad you have decided to not force yourself to eat. take care and have a good day.
Lemon on those foods sound interesting. I would never have thought of it.
Since this is a couple of days late hope your knee is better. Cookies sound good. Enjoy.
Sitting cross leg may be bother your hips. Try not doing it for a bit.
