I'm up at 2 a.m. and really wondering why?
My sleep is so disturbed and usually have this problem with my pain issues, but now the wake up call isn't very welcome. My thoughts seem okay, is this something that others can relate with? I feel totally awake and with a slight headache, but eyes are sore too. Thanks, Deb

I dont sleep well at all. If I sleep 3 hours straight it is a wonder. I use to have terrible dreams of my estranged son. Is that what haunts your sleep?
I did have that happen and in technicolor. Really an awful explosion of words and actions that were so unbearable from his wife. Not my son, as he just watches and then leave, that was over a year ago. She went bizerk and I will never know the extent of her illness. Her dad left her mom when she was born and then came back and they had her brother. Then he left again. She was raped by one of her mom\'s boyfriends and now she is close with her mom and hates me. Why turn to me a scapgoat?
