I'm Tired
This morning I got up and looked around the house-My stuff is scattered everywhere at Roomies. I need to get organized and clean his house but when I get home I am too tired to do anything. I know I haven't been taking my Vit D as I should and this might account for some of the tiredness too. I haven't been back to the apartment since Sun and wont return until its time to do the walk thru on Monday. I hope I am not disappointed but dont expect much at this point.
I've been tinking about things in the past recently and trying to work thru some things in my head.

I remind myself often that expectations are premeditated resentments. No matter how hard I work for a controlled outcome, reality seldom matches my expectations. These days I'm giving it a whirl to make hopeful decisions and work with whatever grows from the decision without judging the results as good or bad. They just are what they are.
I googled that because I was curious. I take it too. It said fatigue is a side affect of taking too much vitamin D but having a deficiency of vitamin D can also cause fatigue. Maybe lower the amount that you are taking and try that. I take 5,000 IU pills twice a day. It said don't take over 20,000 or it could cause problems.
Stress can cause fatigue also. When I have my mind wrapped up in things I can't control, I get tired . I might do a meditation or play some music to unwind or maybe just go for a long walk, or take my dog for a ride. Different things work at different times for different perceived problems, I guess..
~~~Peace~~~
I imagine stress is likely the a huge factor in you being tired. Change, even good change, can be stressful. Moving is a huge stress, and given you've had some little hiccups with it, that's adding to it as well I'm sure. Maybe don't worry about cleaning the house so much right now. Just try to get some rest and decompress a bit.
Arfie.....you hit the nail on the head-I got so worked up with the apartment mess that I finally just turned everything over to the property mgmt company-it is up to them to make good on this situation-I can't control the outcome. I imagine you can't get rid of all the bugs, but the amount that was there and other peoples hair everywhere wasn't acceptable. Yesterday they closed the pool next to my building however reminded us that there were 2 other pools on the property we could use-so it wasn't for COVID reasons.
BobinMiane-Im suppose to be taking 5000 IU daily however, I haven't been taking them and can feel the fatigue setting in. I got back on track yesterday. May have to set an alarm to remind me. This just goes back to putting myself first and taking care of myself. I see how quickly I can let myself go in those areas.
RMB-Trying not to think too much about the apartment mess. I need to organize more things at Roomie's so I'm not reminded of it with my things scattered everywhere. I stopped putting pressure on myself to buy the things I really need-I need to find out whats going to happen first before I invest any more energy or money-until then Ill just move forward in what I can.
