I'm thankful she still cares about me.

So she emailed back a sweet email back but didnt respond to anything that was in my previous email to her. Is that just because maybe there wasn't alot to respond to or she was just busy? Maybe I keep getting it wrong understanding it wrong? I'm thankful she still loves me.
