I'm Still Here and Things are Only Moving UP!!!!!

Oh My Gosh!!!! It's been a month since I have had enough time to come on DS. I hope al of you are moving up and on with LIFE!!!! I have finally begun to feel like i'm actually LIVING AGAIN. I will get to the good stuff soon but here's a little update on the STBX.  He STILL HASN'T SIGNED THE DIVORCE PAPERS!!!! I SIGNED MINE OVER A MONTH AGO. My Lawyer has tried to call him several times, he has left him 50 voice mails, so finally he just sent them to him and they got returned with NO SIGNATURE???? I don't get it he's the one that left, he's the one that had to go find himself, he's the one that was dating a skank named Michelle that had 3 ghetto kids living in a gross gang infested trailor park. So why not sign the Divorce Papers??? Oh she dumped his ass already when he couldn't be her sugar Daddy because he's a Daddy with NO SUGAR!!!! He is also almost $7,000 behind in support and I still don't have the money to take him back to court. Let's see what else oh yah he BANKRUPTED OUR BUSINESS THAT MY PARENTS GAVE HIM THE 25,000 TO START. Now he works for a friend who has a construction business and I believe he is a licensed and bonded contractor so doesn't he have to pay him with a check??? If he tries to pay him under the table to avoid the court ordered support he could lose his contractors license. Anyway hope they get his ssn and start pulling my support.
 
Ok Ok enough about Mr Gloom and Doom here's whats been going on with me. We had our first talent show at school that I put together and have been working with the kids for 3 months now. We Sang and Danced, there was Drama skits, Magic, Mimes, and my son and his friend were the host of the evening. They did " Who's on First" comedy routine, introduced each act before they came on even told jokes and the Parents and Families and Staff LOVED IT. I got BIG PRAISE FROM STAFF, PARENTS, AND THE OWNERS THEMSELVES CAME OUT TO WATCH AND TOLD ME WOW T YOU REALLY DID IT!!!!!! I was so proud of all my students they worked so hard. I only get this week to rest then I have to start working on CHRISTMAS AROUND THE WORLD!!!!! Each grade was given a different country so I have to teach them a traditional song and then a song from their chosen country. I teach Kindergarten and our contry is ITALY!!!!! BUON NATALE!!! THAT'S MERRY CHRISTMAS IN ITALIAN. So I have 6 grades to teach 2 songs to plus my class all before our WINTER BALL ON DEC, 16TH. I CAN DO IT THOUGH.
I have also been taking steps to clean up the absolute mess my ex made with our credit so I can buy a house. I started looking into the rent to own and buying bank owned properties that they are just trying to get rid of. The real estate market out here is a buyers market right now a house that would have cost 200,000 two years ago are practically being given away now for 89,000 because the banks don't want to carry them anymore. I have filled out most of the paper work and i'm almost ready to start looking at houses in a couple weeks. I'm going to use my tax return after Disneyland of course in early March for a dwn payment. That's another good thing with these rent to own and bank owned properties is that the dwn payment can be from 2,500 to 5,000 dwn thats all for a house. I paid that in deposits for this stupid apartment. Anyway keep your fingers crossed for me.
The last thing is it's my BIRTHDAY THIS WED!!!!! At first I was sad to think about spending my birthday without him because for 23 years he always made my birthday's special last year he took me to Disney it was such a great suprise. But my friends have planned something fun for me on Saturday instead since it's the before Thanksgiving and everyone is with their families. I just wantr to make it through this Holiday Season and be TOTALLY DONE WITH THIS YEAR. When I can officially say I HAVE MADE IT THROUGH THE FIRST YEAR AND I'M STILL HERE!!!!!!! 2012 will be my year to SHINE.  I can feel it i'm going to buy my little house for Austin and I and my payments will be $300.00 a month less amonth than I pay now. That can go into savings i'm also trading in my big 8 seater van for a cool sportier smaller car for Austin and I. I am sick of paying $4o.00 bucks a week in gas. Plus we got that van because we were a family of 5 who traveled and went camping and stuff. Part of acceptance is knowing your new reality so why hang on to things you just don't use anymore. Brandon is 24 and on his own, Shelby is almost 20 and has her own car. So it's just Austin and I don't need a big van anymore.
Well it's late I just want to thank all of you who have sent be hugs and concern about my absense I tried to reply when I could. I should have some more time now and I will be on more often.
