I'm so Excited
My in-laws bought us a small house with 77 anchors of land. It comes with a work shed, 2 huge gardens, 2 small green houses, chickens, rabbits, a generator and a granny house. Oh. It has a full unfinished basement with only outside access.
The house is unfinished, which is good because we can make it the way we need it. The generator is hard wired to the power box and is strong enough to power the fridge, freezer and a couple of lights. The granny house has no power, lights or water; but does have a port-a-potty and wood heat.
I putting my 25yo son in the granny house for the summer. I think he will like it very much. (If the critters don't scare him. You know bears, wolves and such.)
The plan is; in a couple of years the mortgage will be signed over to us.
The good/bad about the place is it is rite next to the in-laws, with a beaten path between the two.
They is hard work ahead for me but family to help. I LOVE IT!!!
