I'm so angry

She broke up with me. She said that she's too depressed and she doesn't want it to have to affect me. She said that she wants to die. Everything hurts now, she asked me if i was okay and i broke down. I self harmed for the first time in over a year. How did this happen? Less than a month ago everything was perfect...
