I'm scared

Ok so I had a breast cyst....And it popped while I was doing the dishes...I breast felt "wet". I ran to the bathroom and took off my shirt and bra. I saw that my breast cyst popped. And left behind where 5 holes....I'm really scared...I don't know what to do....Someone please give me instructions
