I\'m really sorry I haven\'t been on DS lately
I haven't been feeling very well. I'm starting to get depressed and don't know why. I guess this is the way Bipolars are. I was taking 15mg of Abilify and my doctor changed to 30mg cause she thought I was very active(this is the way I really am when I'm feeling well. Now when she saw me she changed it again to 15mg and prescribed Prozac, I don't know what to thing anymore. I just wanted to apologize for not answering any e-mails that I have pending. I hope you can forgive me, cause I have a Group and I should be taking care of it. Blessings to you all, Ivonne(Bonchi)

Sweetie, you dont have anything to apologize about. We all go thru the not feeling very good and when that happens, we arent on here as much. I havent been doing that great either lately and I havent been on here as much either. Please dont feel bad about it. I know when drs start messing with meds, that can mess your system up too and not make you feel like doing anything. I love you so much. You just take care of you and know that you are so loved. Im sure once you start feeling better, you will be back on here more. Now please go and take care of yourself, know that I love you and will be praying for you everyday like always and dont worry about anything.

Don\'t feel guilty or apologize. We\'re all on this journey together and I understand where you\'re coming from. Just take care of you right now. It\'s so frustrating when meds are being changed alot. Hang in there.
Don\'t feel bad. My husband is bipolar as well and he has bouts of uncontrolled energy. He is pretty much regulated and plained off now but the years that he spent undiagnosed were awful for him. Love, Hugs and Prayers, ALWAYS,
