I'm ready

Okay here I go...
Completed all the hurdles required by my insurance. Referals, 6 months diet exercise, psych, nut and trainer visits completed .
I start my 2 week diet in the morning and my surgery date is set for 12:30 on November 21st.
I have waited for this day almost 3 years! I am on the road to a healthy me :o)
