I'm Nothing

I feel like this is it. I'm probably too young for this, I'm 11, but I feel like nothing. I have PTSD, depression, anxiety, and I worry about my weight. I have no friends and known as the emo nerd. I cut my arms and I'm bi, so my nickname is freak or creepy crystal… I've been having thoughts of suicide lately… I really need help. Anybody got tips?
