I'm new staying positive

Hello everyone,
My mom was given a diagnosis RCC this past weekend. Admitted from ER for anemia only to find on CT a 11.cm tumor off kidney. No chest involvement, does not look like it has spread. There is cystic change on bile duct unsure but this will be explored with MRI. So digesting this we aren't sure if the surgery can be performed or should we try something else, she is 84 in good health.
I just wanted to chat with somebody, if the decision is made not to do the surgery, what would be expect?

Surgery decision is made, clearance is done. Mom will have surgery on Monday. Keep us in your prayers.
