I'm in Pain and drinking for it

I have been struggling with chronic back pain and am sick of it. I am having trouble finding a doctor that
precribes pain medicaion. When i went to the ER last week they gave me percocet 10mg. I think it worked but now I am out of it. (one week supply.) does anyone know of any natural pain relievers. I drink Coffee because i heard it helps with pain. I was supposed to go to the gym but i drank vodka for the pain and I feel woozy. I would appreciate some feedback for my situaipon. Thanks
