I'm Improving For Now

I actually passed the field vision tests yesterday for the fist time since all this started.  My doctor is a man of few words so he just said that my optic nerve swelling was improving.  I have only had two brief headaches in 10 days.  The only thing still bothering me is light \ glare.  I'm working at work today and I really want to wear sunglasses!  When I'm home, our whole house is dark we live like vampires!
He didn't increase my medication but I have to see him every two weeks to be monitored because he isn't sure when my body is going to start pumping all the fluid again.  I'm thinking this seems excessive, but after reading how hard it is for all of you to even get monitored it is better safe now than sorry. 
 
My hubby is taking me to the Dallas Fair Friday.  I'm looking forward to it but I will NOT be riding any rides this year!  I can't stop thinking something will kick off the constant headache and I can't deal with it!
