I'm Hangin' In there
The sun was beautiful this morning, reflecting off the bit of snow we got (in the trees and on the ground.) It was a nice sunny day with plenty of blue sky. I needed it bad!
Down to 165 lbs this AM. Did 60 minutes of Wii Walk It Out. Was just under 1400 calories and fairly "clean" eating. (no junk.) Oatmeal, coffee, Silk Lite milk for breakfast, chicken wings (3) baked with BBQ sauce, rice a roni, string beans for lunch, an orange for a snack, tilapia, steamed broccoli/carrots/cauliflower, leftover spaghetti for dinner. Got in all of my water.
Slept a little better last night. Took Melatonin last few nights. Still a little tired/draggy, yawning this afternoon. Really hard to get any work done today. Just had a really hard time focusing.
the book I am reading "The Greatest Knight" by Elizabeth Chadwick is actually based on a true store of William Marshal, a knight in the 1100's. So not a romance novel, but still, very interesting so far. This is the first book of the series. His father gives him to King Stephen as "ransom" and then betrays the king. The king doesn't have the heart to kill him (he is 5 years old at the time) so he grows up with a Lord and becomes a squire and then ultimately a knight. He saves Queen Eleanor (I am not at that part yet, but that is in the book description.) Got it as a 1 day "free" deal on my Kindle.

The sunshine sure does help get our spirits up. Only thing it also shows my that my windows need washing and that drives me buggy! LOL
Keep up the great effort with the weight loss....how many days until Easter vacation and how many dress sizes down? Just saying....
I would like to be a size 10 by Easter. Easter is April 8. I agree. My windows are bad as well. I need to take a day off of work and clean. :-)
Wow, interesting story of William.
Glad life is improving.
