My friend Lynden is here to keep me company for a few days. He is a wonderful guy. He lost his wife in 2005 and knows what it feels like. We will hang out and see my boys today. I thank him for taking time to be here.
It is great to have the support of friends and family> What helps me is when I talk to my husband, being aware that he will not reply. At least I would tell him how I feel. It helps. I also cry a lot. So go ahead and talk to your wife and cry too.
