I'm doing okay.

I used to be alone,

huddled in a corner in the darkest place in my room. 

Life used to be quiet, reserved, 

now here I am again, 

still alone.

"I'm doing okay," is a phrase used to take away from the actual issues that are going on.

"I'm doing okay," said in a positive tone, makes the one you're saying it too will make you think that you're okay

but you're not.

you're never okay. 

you never will be okay.
