I'm 24 with stage 5 endometriosis

I really don't know what to say on here but I figured I'd give it a shot. I'm 24 years old and I was diagnosed at 16 with endometriosis. I remember the first day (the exact moment) that I ever had pain. You tend to remember the days that changed the rest of your life. I was 14 and at a basketball game when all of a sudden my abdomen kind of had an ache, it got worse from there. For two years doctors either thought I was faking or had some form of appendicitis. Both were wrong. My mom (out of desperation) took me to see an obgyn who said that he needed to do a laparoscopic exploratory surgery to confirm but he suspected endometriosis. Well, he was right. Since then it's been hell. I've dealt with this pain for 10 years now. I've tried it all. I've done reproductive physical therapy, 2 laparoscopic surgerys, 1 hysteroscopy, 1 ablation, and numerous hormone injections in my hips and stomach. I'm absolutely tired. I suffered a miscarriage at 21 which nearly broke me. I'm in a serious relationship where it hurts to have sex. I've gained weight from the surgeries and it hurts to work out or do anything remotely physical. I have chronic cysts that make it impossible to wear jeans with a belt. I have to watch what I'll eat or else I'll just puke it up. I know what I sound like. I sound like I'm whining but I just needed to vent. I feel like I could scream it at someone and unless they've been there they can only feel sorry for me and not truly understand. I don't want sympathy, I want help.
