I love life for the first time in my life

had my last DR APP. today down 10 more LB's. 575LB I was 699. Pre op
pre opp Diet tomorrow. 3 weeks

Way to go! Good luck with your liquid diet. When the times get rough, remember why you\'re doing this. You\'re going to do great!

It is hard for four or five days, then it is just life - manageable, a bit tiring, but there will be little/no hunger. You have done harder than this already, Mike. And now: you have a cheering section rooting for you.
