I Lost Five Pounds!

After many months of putting off my need to get healthy again, I finally started a new meal plan this week.
I am astounded by it, because I haven't been hungry, NOT EVEN ONCE!!!
I get to eat every 2-3 hours all day long & the food is delicious:  whole grains, fruits & veggies, dairy & meats--all combined in a well-balanced way, & all things I can purchase at my grocery store.
I only started exercising yesterday, but I think the biggest reason why I've lost so much weight so quickly is because I am finally drinking (almost) enough water.
My goal is to lose 30 pounds by Christmas.

That is great! I really should try to eat that way too, I always fear though that I\'d end up eating more. Good job getting in your water... that one is a struggle for me too!

There is a program called \"Live the Life\" that figures it all out for you, but it costs about $160. I\'m trying to see if I can take what I know about nutrition & what I learned from Weight Watchers way back when & combine it with what I learned from their free 7-day challenge & figure out my own meal plans. We shall see if I succeed...
