I live in fear

I am afraid of what the banks are going to do to me - not the credit rating, I've been through that and survived. 
I'm afraid of the harrassment and the possibility of having my bank accounts frozen and being unable to pay my bills.
I'm afraid of going before a judge and "explaining" myself.
I'm afraid that the judge is going to demand that I pay back the money that I cannot pay back with money I don't have and cannot get.
I'm afraid that I will not be able to convince the school that they have to stop suspending the girl for comments that she can't help and they misinterpret and over react to.
I'm afraid that my mother is not going to be able to come home - and I'm afraid that she will be able to come home.
