i like to think i'm an introvert
i understand you. i'm sorry for your pain. i am in therapy and it has done some good. but what has really made a significant change in my life is prayer, reading, boxing, and yoga. yoga has helped with the stress and boxing has helped me gain some confidence. i'm reading this book on introverts: the introvert advantage - how to thrive in a extrovert world. i show a lot of the introverted characteristics. we have a lot in common with them. actually i like to think of myself as an introvert than being molested - it is easier to digest. i'm not ashame, don't miss understand me. i am a survivor and proud of that. but in conversations with people when talking about myself it seems easier for them to digest me being an introvert. it also doesn't seem as overwhelming for me to except being an introvert and dealing with that, than to think you were molested and unworthy. another book i enjoyed: trauma through the eyes of a child. hit me up sometime
