I know, I know don't feel sorry for myself.

Everyone tells me not to play the victim or sit around feeling sorry for myself because it's not productive and it doesn't help me move forward. I don't know what to say to them when they tell me this. I mean I feel used, robbed, cheated, abandoned, and left for dead.
Sometimes I compare myself to those baby animals they raise in captivity somewhere there to help with their needs and love them and play with them and their so comfortable and happy then.......BAM they wake up and they are being thrown out into the wilderness a big scary jungle and being told "Now go fend for yourself". I guess today i'm feeling cheated. Cheated out of a life that he promised to make better, a life I worked 2 jobs to support him and put him through school, and still managed to raise 3 kids. Never missing a soccer game, pta meeting or christmas play. Why does he get the choice to throw all of our lives in an uproar. Why does HE GET TO DO THAT!!!! It's not right.
I have to go today and find a storage unit to put half the house in because it's not going to fit in the crappy apartment I have to get now. This just SUCKS!!!!!

You are entitled to feel how you need to feel. Don\'t let anyone tell you that you should be feeling differently. You are right in the middle of the worst time in your life. There will be highs and lows. One day of feeling great and another of hitting rock bottom.

Just know that this will pass and gradually your days will get better and stay that way. Keep your eyes fixed on moving forward and one day he will just be a bad memory. (((HUGS)))

Trish is right, there will be ups and downs along this road. I can completely relate to the \"used up\" feeling, but you need to change your mindset and keep going forward. Stay strong. (
