I keep check this for see how long I quit smoking

I am not surprised but i have other anniversary that i am no longer on painkiller  for one year tomorrow. However my back has serve pain i don't want to use that sorry it is not related smoke otherwise it helped me lead how i can quit smoke same thing i notice that 61 days smoke free not that  now it is 76 days smoke free.
