I just want to go back to class!!

I am so damned frustrated! Undoubtedly my account at college was flagged for an audit, which is randomly selected.  So, for the last two months, not only have I not been able to attend class, but I have spent a small fortune in faxes.  I swear I need to buy a fax/copier for my home office!!   My husband did our taxes last year and now they are saying that they need more information before they can renew my financial aid.  I have faxed my tax papers at least 8 times because first they said that I didn't send the right page and then it was because they needed the original 1040 that they needed...so I had to send off for it and then fax it.  Then, they said that they needed something else.  Then they need the tax preparer to send them a letter saying that my husband filed correctly.  He filed seperately because I was going to file mine.  But, I didn't make enough money last year to file, so the tax preparer told me that there was no need.   So, my husband had to fax them a letter saying that he was my husband and I have permission to use his tax return for my financial aid...  Now, they are saying that the letter the tax preparer sent isn't good enough.  So, I had to fax a release form to the school so that they have my permission to talk with the tax preparer regarding the financial aid and taxes.  Well, I did that today and there is a security word that I had to choose so that the financial aid office knows that they got the right person to talk to.  I chose the security word but I couldn't get ahold of the tax preparer to let her know what it was.  So, I went ahead and faxed the paper to the school and I decided I would try to call her back when I got home.   I get home and call her to let her know what the security word is and she says, "Well, I will be in the Athens office starting tomorrow, so you will need them to call me there on Monday."  I am thinking..."No!  You need to wait and let them call you today!!"  I am tired of this damn run around.  My financial aid adviser has told me that she is purposefully making typos on my paperwork just to give me time so that she doesn't have to send my account into collections.  So, now the damn paper has already been faxed and this chick says that she wants them to wait and call her Monday!!  This is freaking ridiculous!!!  I am so damn tired of this.  I am already going through damn crying jags because of the frustration.  I just want to go back to class!!!  I want my bachelor's degree, dammit!!  Is that too much to ask?
