I just don't know....

I have my phone appointment with my Dr tomorrow to discuss my next step since I had the negative pregnancy test.  I'm scared...  I don't know how this works.  It was my first time doing IVF...  is it common that it doesn't work the first time?  Am I doing anything wrong?  I don't even know if I'm strong enough to go thru it again... Please pray for me...  For the strength and courage to move forward ...
