I have known this guy for a very long time, he is a friend of my Dad's.  Coincidentally, he was diagnosed with ms fourty years ago.  He has said that the sea sickness patches that you put behind your ear work, but only for a few hours to relieve dizziness.  It is something that I have never tried, but it is worth trying.
