I have to confess...i'm happy about my PT situation.

i've let go of the pressure of not enjoying (while i can) the fact i don't have to run...EVER.  I'm also not missing doing sit ups or crunches, but am going to miss not doing push ups (even though they've always been hard).   Also I'm going to miss a lot, not being able to lift weights (free weights) and in general being able to increase my muscle mass above the waist.
back to running, the rest of the people @ my work do have to run (5K's!!), a handful don't due to medical issues, but 97% of them do and i Love the fact i don't have to. (did i mention, NEVER again)  It feels good, even if it's just typing to get it off my chess.
Finally it's ironic; I've volunteered to be a PT monitor for the people in my company

ROFL, I\'m in the same exact boat. I do PT monitoring... I sit and watch people run now.
