I have been sick
I have been battling Flu type A for 5 days now. Just hoping I do get any secondary infections, already in my sinus. I think my immune system is rundown as I do not usually catch everything that comes along.
There are so many sad things around us. Last Saturday not far from here a woman shot her 3 little girls and her self, the news said she was bi polar and on medicine. Her husband said she had been having trouble recently . He had taken her to the doc on Thursday and she had agreed to sign in for treatment on Friday, but instead she disappeared and did the murders/suicide at a campground on Sat. morn. so so sad. I don't know them, but I know the pain.

Oh this is AWFUL, purely awful. Bipolar? Far more than that. That woman was tormented. So sorry about your flu: flu shot next year? :o/

Had a flu shot got it anyway. got it at work the shot and the flu. next time I will call doc for tamiflu

How awful about the news of the women. There is sad news all around us, I\'ve stopped listening to the news altogether. I hardly ever watch television anymore because it seems all the shows have to do with murder or suicide or sickness. Sometimes I\'ll watch a sitcom, but I think I\'ve seen every one of them.
Bad news and of course grieving can cause illness. Our immune system is affected by our emotions. There\'s no doubt about that. I hop[e you feel a lot better soon. Sending you love Cheryl for you and your precious Karina. Terry
