i have asthma

I have asthma and currently im in an anxious mode where i get nervous to go out and go to work. I hate even going to cvs . I dont know maybe its the sinus inflamation that makes me dizzy. Thats why im so nervous, but i hate driving and being worried about what would happen if i get an attack. I got one driving two moths ago for the first time in twelve years i pulled over and called an ambulance. i was so scared and now i am scared since the inflamation in my lungs hasnt gone done yet so i am always nervous doing things. Am i alone? Do i have asthma or does asthma have me?
