I have a dream and its an impossible dream

 all my life I haved lived in a mans body, wanting to get to myself and be the woman I always wanted to be.  It always seemed like the impossible dream, to be a woman was always that unattainable goal of transitioning. I almost gave up and thought maybe it was just a dream and that those people on youtube and TV are just madeup and not real. How do I sign up to get on this transition train and who can I get the body and look I have craved for so long. Hope my dream will one day come true and the beautiful woman will be looking back at me.
