i hate pain.

if its not a migraine ....its something else.  i wake up in pain just about every day layely.  i have walked and it helps a bit but since having an exray tell me i have neuroforminal stenosis in 2009 .........i fear its getting worse.  my arm went numb while driving.  i made a doctors appointment........so hopefully they can reassure me in some way.....but the pain radiates down my leg qnd makes me extremely irritable............the other day i just broke down a cried......I am so tired of.hurting
