i hate my life........

i'm out of antidepressants.....and i was late ot school today and i got a bad grade on a test....i hate my life......i wanna self injure so bad!!!!! i was scratching at school today and my arm is all red.....i went into work and a coworker asked me if i had a bad day and i just broke down in tears....i just started crying and i could barely hold it together during the rest of work.....i swear i'm in one of the worst places right now.....i HATE my life!!!!
