i hate my job

i haet my job everything i do does not help[ cannot get any career advancement
so idk what to do anymore whit my life i just completly lost in my tought's i wish i did have these issue anymore but untill i see doc to get pill adjusted because i feel lost confused and loss of empathy and lost of drive to do anything i my gf was not so annoying sometime i just dont know what to do
