I hate family
I texted my brother to tell him I love him and to tell his wife and kids I love them. He texted me back he will not speak again to me for a long long time. He is pissed at me and we are a bunch of liers. I told him I forgive him anyway. I told him I felt sorry for him. He claims to be Christian. he said some mean things to me. I am so hurt and in tears. I told him I owuld pray that God melts his cold and bitter heart.
I was sick. I went to the hospital. Not a single one of them called to see if I was ok. Ever.
I hate family. I just don't want to deal with any of them. They don't even like me. Why do I even bother?

I know what u mean Yvette. I hope u feel better. Very sorry about family. I had a situation that happened this weekend, well last week late. I will put in journal though. Do what\'s best for u and ur family. Some just will never grow up!
Yes, I agree, do what is best for you and for your immediate family. If siblings and other family members are bringing you this kind of stress, then it is important to let them go until they are ready to be in your life in a positive way only. Anyone who brings this kind of energy into your life needs to be out of your life for now. Forgive, let go, and kill em with kindness. Only positive people :)

It seems more families are dysfunctional that not. Mine was with my siblings and it is with my children...it can be very stressful. With my siblings I cut them out of my life as much as I could and not hurt my Mother. After she passed it was the end of families ties and now 20 years later they all act like nothing ever happened! I agree with all the above...do what you need to do for your family and your peace.
I have so-called family members like that as well...that is why we can make family from friends! Family doesn\'t mean friends either...

I agree with all the advice you\'ve gotten. Worry about your immediate family. YOu don\'t need the extra stress.
