i had pain before this , BUt NOW this is biGGer

This flare up is different march 2010. I had surgery to remove a kidney stone, after recoperating I felt great for about 2 weeks, I threw a couple of  baseballs for sons practice alot more active then I have been in a long time , I walked the track, I cleaned the kitchen. Then I woke up one morning and I have not been able to move my neck in two weeks. I became swollen twice the size any neck to shoulder blades all the way down my spine. I can feel it suround my spine down my back.  Every bump in the car driving is exscrusiating !The pain level is a new BiGGer kind of pain I have ever exsperienced. I hurt everywhere, to walk get out of bed. It is debilatating. I thought I was in pain before but now this is different. I wore a neck brace for a couple of days and it really seemed to help in the healing, by giving my neck mucsles support just what they needed.. I am going to try to kepp up on the journaling to help me remember what sets things off. Even my tailbone is swollen.
