i had a rough day

It started with this lady at work. She called me rude. I didn't think so. I stayed calm. That might have made her more mad. I could lighten up more. I'm too serious at work.
I went to the deli for lunch. This elderly lady was slow with her order. I did get impatient and immediately after I thought she was finished I started t give the server my order. The lady raised her voice at me. I stayed quiet but I could feel me wanting to lash out. I stayed still but you could tell I was hot.
Boy do l have a lot of anger!
I felt like today was test me today. The front desk guy was rude to me and these tenants were interrupting me while I was exercising.
