I had a dream last night

Last night after counselling I dreamt that I was in Birmingham and I kept being mugged by people I think I got mugged 3 times, I only remember one time and he had a gun and I was trying to get him to let me keep my phone which he did. But I felt a bit ashamed because I thought i lived in a really rough and dangerous place and yet coped and yet I couldn't cope with this place at all Just wanted to write this down so i would remember it when I next go. This is the second time recently that I have had a nightmare after counselling!
