I guess I'm mood swinging
Today I'm feeling much better. I don't know if it was from the advice that I sought from the people in the keto forum, but I feel better. I'm going to do the same thing tonight- chicken broth and potassium. I had actually a bit of a hypomanic episode tonight... I cleaned the kitchen and made keto fudge while dinner was cooking. When I'm hypomanic I tend to clean. Of course, when things need to be cleaned I'm all depressed, and at times like now when things are okay, I'm all clean-y. Still, at least the kitchen is clean. Then I took a nice long hot shower to combat the back pain from cleaning. I'm trying to use Vicodin as little as possible. Even the whole body pain I've been getting was gone today. I will see how I do, and see my psych on Wednesday so I can update any med changes with my therapist on Thursday. Normally I see her every other week, but she wanted to see me this week again because I've been so depressed. It's the nights that get me. I can be good during the day (when I'm not sleeping the day away) but when night falls, I need someone to talk to. Geo likes his alone time, so I normally make phone calls. The girl I normally call at night, Carol, hasn't been answering her phone and I'm worried about her. She hasn't been posting online, either. I might have overdone it. Well, I did overdo it. I called her like 10 times and left 5 messages on Wednesday, and about the same on Thursday. Friday I toned it down a bit, and today she's had her phone off for most of the day. I just get borderline when people say they are going to call and they don't. Then I think they are abandoning me, and I get worried and freak out. I hope that I can talk to her soon so I can explain myself and apologize. I did have a nice talk with my Uncle Bob last night, though. He's a truck driver and talking to him gives him something to do while he drives (Bluetooth, of course). I also call my other aunts (not my other uncles.. I don't have their numbers and they kinda freak me out sometimes) and talk to them. But without a person to talk to when I go to bed, I feel alone. Geo's right there, but he won't lie down with me because it causes him too much pain. My therapist says that he's going to be in pain anyway, so why not do it, but he likes his alone time. Sometimes he does come lie down with me, though, and I enjoy the time we spend together. I talk to my stepdad, too, but we don't talk for long. Still, it's nice to have someone to talk to when I relax to sleep.

Im happy you are having a day that its alittle better... wow wish i could get the clean-y energy thing going on again lol Ive been more in the depression type zero energy thing for awhile now and usually i have gone the other extreme and just full of energy and doing everything but for now im struggling with the depression part.
I used to be alot like that too when i was younger.... i was always calling people and talking.... now i dont so much im not sure what it is but ever since 2009 when i started having all the mild MS type syptoms i get this thing that i call \"brain fog\" and sometimes its hard to find the words to say... like i know what i want to say but i cant find the words so its emotionally draining to talk on the phone. So mostly I type because then i can take my time to find the words and fight threw the brain fog type moments rather than talking.
Hope you have many more good days! HugggzZz
