I Guess a little more hopeful
Wednesday I did Wii Walk it Out for 1 hr, 15 min. 14,110 steps. Thursday I went to a fire loss and did inventory for 2 1/2 hrs. I was a little shaky going over the bridge and had a minor hot flash but it passed and then the rest of the day I felt almost normal again! It was great. I did 65 minutes on Wii Walk it Out and 11,711 steps. Friday, the weather was gorgeous. 72 degrees and sunny and I felt really good. Went over the bridge with almost no problem and went to another fire loss. The only problem I had was that for Thursday and Friday I felt this constant urge to pee like I was coming down with a urinary tract infection. But today I felt better there. Bowling last night. Bowled ok but my team lost all 4 games. We were in 1st place and got beat by 2nd place team. We were up 1/2 game so now down 3 1/2 games. 1 small hot flash yesterday.
Today, I felt OK. Not quite as normal as I felt the last few days, but better than earlier in the week. Now tonight at 7:15pm I got a bad hot flash and then the anxiety kind of kicked in for 45 minutes. Not full blown panic attack but still frustrating and scary. Paul went shopping at grocery store at 8pm so I did Wii Walk It Out for 71 minutes and got in over 14000 steps so far. I can't say if the anxiety just past on its own or if the WIO helped. I am not sure at this point if the hot flashes are from menopause or the Lexapro. Today is day 9.
Food hasn't been too bad.
I think Kona may have an ear infection. She is shaking her head a lot and scratching her ears. I cleaned them today. No odor, no wax. I also put this ear powder in to dry the ears and help with itching but if it isn't better by Monday will get Paul to take her to the vet.

Glad to hear it\'s getting better for you, that makes me so happy!!! I am thinking about purchasing the Wii Walk it Out, do you like it? Do you need the board with it? Exercising helps anxiety a LOT, I find if I am feeling an attack coming on I get on the treadmill and try to burn some adrenaline out of my system and it helps. I have had to take two Ativan this week... ugh, not a good week for me at all. I think I have been eating pretty bad which probably isn\'t helping.
Hope tomorrow is an even better day for you my friend!!!
((Hugs)) Jennifer
It is great to read you are seeing some improvement with the anxiety. It could be a combination of Lexapro and Menopause for the hot flashes.
Great step count. I love to exercise and get some \"me time\" It seems to put my problems on hold for awhile.
Wishing you a great week! No bridge crossing!
Good to hear you are doing better. Have a good week.
you are doing great with the steps and exercise..
It is hard to tell if something is caused by medication or nature.
Keep up with the good eating.
Try peppermint oil on the back of your neck. (make sure the oil is for the skin) i heard from a dr. that it\'s supposed to help with hot flashes. She put some on my neck and it worked.
Have a great week.
Wasn\'t it lovely to have such nice weather. Yeah...
