I found...Me precious...a precious!!!!
All right that was a weak attempt at Golem from lord of the rings, but i did find A a really nice ring. One problem down, fifty more to go. It is still wonderful that we haven't goten bored or even found something that we disagree on. it's actually like we are two farmiliar spirits in wonderful harmony. We really understand each other and our conversations float like a springs breeze.
There has been a slight feedback of some who interlope with 'So soon?' But hey, how long do you need? a year, two, ten? Were fully grown adults who both have been so particular in finding the right person, neither of us has ever commited before. When you have such easy conversation then why feel obliged to concepts of 'dating' ediquete.
I havent really talked about myself much lately because i'm very much at peace right now. Days don't trudge by like they did before. As a RN (and very soon to be a NP) A has both of our diets improved and we work out daily (together or not, it's nice to have someone encouraging you), I've already lost 7 pounds and my health has greatly improved when it wasn't even that bad before. We speak of so many things that we want to accomplish and both of us listen deeply to the other.
I'm sorry i havent been sending many replies to many of your posts. The wedding is taking up a lot of time. But if anyone of my dear friends are ever in need, please know i check at least once a day, just shoot me a message anytime. I view many of you with great value, you helped me through when i needed a shoulder or a kind word. Thank you on your possible destinations for our honeymoon. I'm thinking San Diego, Los Angeles, San Fransisco, Portland, and Seattle for my five in the hat.
Be kind to yourselves, Don't let yourself get down. Anything is possible and hope is never lost...just sometimes misplaced. Give yourself some little gift just for you. Mine is my book, A knows this is special to me even though she really doesn't like Fantasy/Sci-Fi and she encourages me to continue. It a little staement to the universe of who I am. Find something within yourself you can stand on a rooftop and annouce to the universe and be proud of it. Everyone of you here Is more precious than all the gold in the world if you can just believe.
God bless you all.

Nah. . . I never would have caught the ref without the explanation. Golem was way more attitude than wordsmithing skill. Typeface alone will never catch the agony of that tortured spirit.
My own marriage in 1980 was rash and impulsive but I remain eternally grateful to the brothers and sisters-in-healing who generously supplied me with reality checks during the process. The four decades since then haven't looked too much like the honeymoon phase. Some days I can even be grateful of the challenges which pulled us out of our golemesque simplicities. Those bad days/weeks/months/years are rough but Golem looked like his was a boring and tedious life. Even on the bad days, (? ? ? especially on the bad days? ? ?) I am grateful for the courage of those brothers and sisters who knocked and called, "Time out! Let's get some reality checks working."
Just knocking. . .
Congrats on your Precious. May your great discovery have room to grow and be diversely human.
Always trust your inner knowing/higher self above all others. (Just make sure its your true inner knowing/higher self as opposed to ego.) Everyone has an opinion but they aren't you and haven't been in your shoes. Congrats on taking better care of yourself and losing weight. My wish for you both is be happy & live your best lives!
