my head is going to fall off ...and it can't be soon enough ..for me ....migrain ...i hate the rain .....let me refrains that ..I hate what the rain does to my head .....God bless
I hate rain too. It i ugly here. I am actually not going to work this morning adn it is dark and gloomy with windy and rain. I am always sad on rainy days. I need the sunshine. I hope your head feels better. Hugs.
yes the sunshine always helps ...just that little bit ..that is just enough .....but not when my h is away ....but tonight I am at my sons and doing good ..enjoying my visit ......thankyou for reading my jurnal ....take very good care of your self ...God blessc
For me it is the clouds that come with the rain. The low clouds are like pushing down on my spine which cause my neck and horrible migraine like pain. Usually also there is the pressure from a storm system that changes and increases. That increases the fluids in our body as well so we feel the pressure.
I am so happy for you to be at your sons for distraction. That helps a great deal.
it is the air pressure that get the migrain going ....if the migrains are vascular ...you have very small capealeras ....and I belive that the air pressure make them .enlarg ..and that is what gives you the pain ....but there has to be somthing else going on ..or they could .fix that ...or they are looking in the wrong direction ....my migrain is not just in my head it is in my bodie to .my..belly ....my intestines don\'t move ...so it affects the hole body ...but the pain in the head is so bad that is ...what you rember the most ...my painkiller is full of caffeen ..to get my system to move........so the painkiller can work ..to ........I did well at my sons ..and my h is comming home tomorow .....take care ...God bless.
