I Finally Cleared My Persistant High Risk HPV

So I've had HR HPV for the last 7 years. When I was first diagnosed, I was told that it's very common and it should clear on it's own. I waited another year, and when I got my PAP it came back abnormal. I was told to schedule a colposcopy. The results came back as CIN 1 and I was told to wait another 6 months for a follow up. This was an on going process yearly for the next several years, sometimes my paps would be normal, and other times abnormal, and I would have to schedule another colposcopy; the HPV was persistent and never went away. Last year I decided to get serious about getting rid of HPV for good. I began researching and reading forums to find out what I could do naturally. I read about AHCC and I tried it for 4 months and it did not clear my hpv. I stopped taking it because it was so expensive. However, began taking Indole-3-Carbinol, a good multi-vitamin, and drinking Garden of Life Super Green Formula everyday. I went back to the doctor 6 months later and it's finally cleared!!! I am soooooooo EXCITED because 7 years later, I am finally free from this HPV agony!
