i feel so shit

today has been the worst day ever.i found out my best friend has just been beaten up yet again by her boyfriend, then i split up with my bf and all i have done is cry and cut myself and try and find my tablets but i cant.im sitting crying, hugging my pillow but i suppose my lifes going to end tonight
