I feel like luck is never on my side
I am a 48 year old female. I started having neck pain at work back in April of 2011. Went to my physician. She took an xray. everything looked fine. Sent me to a Chiropractor. They said my pain was coming from my spine. Was a little out of line. They adjusted me twice. Pain was worse. Saw a 2nd Chiropractor for a 2nd opion. They tried adjusting me. Pain was severe. Went back to my Dr. Did an MRI. Test showed I had a herinated disc. Had to go to PT and have cortizone shots. Last shot was November of 2011. Could not get into surgery til Feb of 2012. Two weeks after having the surgery, I developed pain in all area of my body. Could not get into a Neurologist til April. He did not believe me and my pain. Said I was just taking too many pain meds and sent be back to my Regular Dr. Thank goodness she believed me. Took all the blood tests and finally diagnosed me with Fibo. She put me on Valium to sleep but it does not help. Will see a Rehab Dr. next week. I am scared that if they can not manage my pain I will not be able to go back to work.
