I feel like I'm dying and not hyperbole
I have been weaning off of Belbuca for a week now. I already had low blood pressure and problems with stunning fatigue, sleepiness during the day, sleeping too much, etc., but now it is off the charts. I just texted my concierge doc in desperation as I have my thrice rescheduled client tomorrow in person and I have not been able to get out of bed for WEEKS weeks. I get out of bed almost passing out literally to walk 10 steps to the kitchen and get something then run back or almost faint on the chair or couch. It's awful y'all. I am drinking my last iv hydration in hopes the salt will help bring my very low BP up. I cannot seem to get my bp up. I've stopped taking tizanidine, not gabapentin because it's my only pain medication. My body is en fuego vibrating in pain due to the withdrawals and my fatigue from PsA is on top of that due to the cold weather and storms. Tomorrow I will pick up more medication and try methocarbamol for my spasms. Also I'll get my celebrex back, yay and my much needed buproprion. that should help.
doc just texted me and said to take the modafinil twice a day now to help me with this extreme fatigue. I have got to get this breast cancer exam done. I do have my angel that stepped in to help me with rent and referred me to a place that does mammograms....the same gal from last year where I did not use the money she is going to apply to this place. Thank God, because I have less than nothing and everything is taking so very much longer than expected. It's driving me nuts. But, I just had a really good conversation with my new boss about it. He was under the impression most of my business was advisory and not commission so I had to square him on my ability to actually eat while I rebuild the advisory fee side. He was totally cool with it. I even told him I was having physical issues holding me back but I expect them to resolve in a couple months and be on my feet running (that is a prayer daily). I work when I can, but my hands hurt and I have to lay sideways after propping myself up for just 30 minutes of work so I'm about done here.
Any suggestions on how i can raise my blood pressue or get energy without any money? I don't have any salt in the house either :( i haven't been able to eat but maybe 30 protein a day max...today 20...i just cannot eat y'all.

Oh no. How are you doing on hydration? Can you afford some B vitamins? I use liquid IV powder in water as a low-cal alternative to Gatorade, and it has B vitamins as well as potassium, which many people don't realize is needed for your BP, too.
HUGS
I took my last liquid iv and made myself eat and eat ss I had only had a yogurt a day and combined with Doc telling me to take modafinil twice a day I finally came around at 2 a.m. ight headed went away.
I believe it was my pernicious anemia, so, Leo, you ate right again. I took my vitamins d,c, Co q10, iron, women good probiotic, but my b12 was taken in Missouri. I use a sublingual spray. I suspect it's b vitamins I'm depleted and magnesium. I took 1.5 modafinil to get through in person successful appointment today (cannot even believe I made it), but I'm in horrific pain.
I mean HORRIFIC PAIN. I'VE TAKEN 400 MG Celebrex, 400 mg methocarbamol which is new today and not doing a damn thing g so I took 4 mg of tizanidine even tho it tanks my BP. Then 1800 mg Gabapentin. That's sll the meds I have to use. Could not afford $200 for my pain patches and it f'g sucks. I'm so f'g angry with value cross for jacking with my claims and not posting after I was maxed put. Those f'ers!!!!! So I'm switching insurance first of month different company good reputation covers mammograms and maij radiology company I need desperately to see what is going on with my mid back that is excruciatingly painful without constant pain meds on board. I think it's either cancer or time for kyphosis surgery to put some freaking cement in there to stabilize this shit!!! Don't even know if there is a doctor in Texas that knows how to do this surgery. But I tell ya, I'm willing yo drive freaking rv van back to Stanford if I have to. This is a game changer as far as not being able bodied. I need two pt's a day and water therapy.
Carrying ANYTHING sends me bed bound.
But, I did get through today while grimacing for 2 hoyrs6. It's amazing how my brain can work straight thru then scream in pain when done.
However I need to rally again for another big appointment Saturday. I keep eating, vtaking meds, but if this ice after my bath and 200 more mg of methocarbamol doesn't get me put of level 9, I'm driving next door to hospital to get a steroid shot. What think?
That's really what I need but I have taken so much meds I shouldn't walk un assisted or even drive the 1/4 mile from here. Plus that damn waiting room...I hate this hospital. I could go downtown to better one but too far even tho only 5 miles. This one has me flagged as crazy train somehow or they used yo because the north branch was so incompetent they couldn't figure out the diverticulitis and said I was drug seeking. Hopefully those re odds are purged from 10 years ago with new computer system as the doc there told me. But still, sitt6in a waiting room at this hour with the frappy night shift that is understaffed and not best people terrifies me.
What to do? Wait and go at shift change at 7 a.m.????
The liquid i.v. definitely helped . Wish I had more but I'm hydrating. Much better on the fatigue and withdrawal stage, now it's the level 9 stage.
I also have bananas I'll eat some ;)
Went to ER Chest tightness and 9 pain. Gave me regardless or something like it with benadryl for migraine and hydrocodone which actually helped a little to bring down to 7. They said upper gastric pain...well Nigerian Dr. Said but my chest wall with lumps still killing beneath all the meds. Found lumps there. Need MRI. THIS will max me out now. Got relief so now I can hopefully finally sleep a little at 7 a.m then get back on my pain meds. 7 days of high torture for relied. Tired of having to go through this. Wish I had break through pain meds to get me through these times, sigh. Not good on my heart. I'll take what I can get. All staff super nice and competent save the Doc but again take what I can
Different hospital. No waiting. Wonderful thankfully.
Jp going to sleep.. I'm out.
